Pawzitive Shippers is an online platform for people that are looking to ship goods or pets. You can find experienced and quality transport options and drivers that fit your needs. You can communicate with drivers and obtain free quotes for shipping rates. When you are ready to book your driver, we collect a booking fee and all other fees that you have negotiated with your driver will be paid by you directly to the driver according to their terms and conditions. Pawzitive Shippers does not collect any additional fees. A portion of our booking fees will be donated to animals in need as part of our weekly Giving Tuesday program.

We only charge one flat rate fee of $75 per booking. We do not have a bidding system or charge a percentage of your actual transportation cost which could be hundreds of dollars. And because we are a company that wants to do good and give back, we will donate a portion of our booking fees to an animal in need as part of our Giving Tuesday program.

Pawzitive Shippers customers will be charged a $75 booking fee when booking a driver. A portion of this fee will be donated as part of our Giving Tuesday program to help an animal in need. If you are a driver, you will enjoy a complimentary free membership to use the platform.

Although all of our drivers are highly experienced and professional, USDA certified drivers add an extra layer of expertise as they have to follow certain rules, regulations and guidelines in accordance to their license and certification. Drivers must be 21 years of age!

Yes. A health certificate is required to cross most state lines in the USA. If your driver is pulled over for any reason without a health certificate from a Certified Vet, your pet may be removed from the care of the transporter and taken to the nearest shelter. The pet owner will then be responsible to go and pick up their pet. A health certificate also clears the pet for travel within 10 days of obtaining the certificate. This means that your vet has examined the pet and cleared it healthy enough for travel as well as being up to date with their required vaccinations. If a driver travels without a health certificate and your pet gets ill or dies, your driver can be held responsible. Also, if the pet has the highly contagious and deadly parvo disease, the driver may not transport a pet in the same vehicle for 6 months and the infected pet may transmit the disease to any other pets in transport.

Yes. Just because a driver has no reviews on our site yet, doesn't mean that they don't have any experience in the field. It just means that they have not used our site yet. There are many new drivers on our site and each deserves a fair chance after all, every driver with many reviews here was once new to our site with no reviews. There are also drivers that are new to the industry and just ask for a fair chance. You are welcome to leave them an honest review once your pet or items have been delivered.

We do not offer any booking refunds. You may review your drivers contract or ask them about their cancellation policies. Typically if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled transport, your driver will have a certain cancellation policy in place where you can expect to not receive a full refund. In extreme instances you may send us an email to request a refund of your booking fee to customercare@pawzitiveshippers.com with an explanation of the circumstance and we will review it and get back to you within 3 business days.

Yes. to the USDA, puppies and kittens traveling within the US and Puerto Rico must be at least 8 weeks of age and fully weaned. If a puppy is taken from its mother too soon, they will pose a risk to their life expectancy. The puppy may not receive the same antibodies, hormones, enzymes and other physical benefits from their mothers milk. This means they may not develop as well.

Here at Pawzitive Shippers we take the safety and well being of your pets and possessions seriously. Every driver has had their Identification verified and been fully background checked. We check their MVR and criminal background status. Only drivers that have a clear background and criminal history are approved to use this site.

This depends solely on you. Solo rides can be an excellent choice if you have an animal that doesn't like to be around other pets or if you just want to give them a VIP experience and have all the attention on them the entire ride. You can expect to pay more for a solo ride. Shared transport can be useful if you're on a budget and are looking for a shared ride with other pets. Do keep in mind though with shared rides, your pet may be traveling with 5 or more pets. Some drivers will take a maximum of only 4 or 5 pets at a time so always remember to ask your driver how many other animals will be traveling.

This can vary greatly. It depends on a number of factors like whether you are looking for solo or shared transport, a USDA certified driver, a newer driver looking to gain experience, or an expert driver with years of experience. The average fee for miles per gallon can range anywhere from about 40 cents to $1.20 per mile depending on these factors. For more experienced and USDA certified drivers, you can expect to pay at least 60 to 70 cents per mile. If you are choosing solo transport you can count on anywhere from 80 cents to $1.50 per mile.
